There will be more detailed content added here very soon. Basically, we will show that the supposed losing positions such as the Euro-Yen (EJ) sells, which have been the excuse for non-payment of funds for over a year, look highly suspicious. Entries in successive monthly statements show the entry point rising in stages for those trades. This is an anomaly, since you cannot alter the entry position for a trade. If the trades on the other hand were being closed then reopened, at least two serious questions arise: 1: Why are the reference numbers for those sells (the closed trades and the newly opened replacement ones) not different, and the losses incurred by the closed positions shown; and 2: why would you simply sell again into a rising market? It would be staggeringly incompetent trading.
Secondly we will give an in-depth description of the CFD fiasco which can be seen exemplified in a number of the Client Experiences on this website.
Finally, any other anomalies (there are in fact many) put forward will be discussed. We will appreciate feed-back and input as this page develops.
